Using CorelDraw:
- Turn the photo to black and white
- Modifying the color for the picture
- Add the photo to the frame
3D Modeling using Fusion360
In this part we would design the same part using different ways of designing. please follow the steps
- Using Surfaces
3D Modeling
For the project modeling I used Fusion 360. I designed a Wheel gears Mechanism to be used at my final project to lift marbles. to create the gear you need to know the number of teeth and the diameter
3D design using Fusion360 Rendering
Animation
Simulation
Mechanical simulation
Stress analysis simulation
To calculate the applied force on gear’s teeth I had to measure the distance between the motor shaft and gears interface.
I used online torque calculator to get the force, the torque of the motor is based on small yellow dc motor which would be used for the project later on
The plywood materials weren't defined, so I replaced it with acrylic that has the same thickness.
